It's been a year and a few months since former Wenge Musica Maison Mére vocalist Fabregas left from underneath Werrason's wing to forge his own path as a solo artist. His solo album Amour Amour has been well received by the public and has allowed him to perform across Europe and The DRC. On July 15th of this year he released a Special Edition version of Amour Amour which has a few new songs that do not appear on the initial release. You can purchase it from iTunes: Amour Amour (Collector's Edition). He is one of my favorite new artists to emerge in the last few years for his unique approach to singing and great song writing. Tambour d'Afrique wishes him continued success!

Techno Malewa Vol 2
I have been waiting patiently for the sequel to Werrason & Wenge Musica Maison Mere's hit album "Techno Malewa - Sans Cesse" since I heard this song a little bit over a year ago:
Today while logged onto Youtube a user by the name of BJONE posted another song from the sequel Techno Malewa Vol 2 called "Tresor Kandol". Fabrice & Deplik sing part of this song in a clip I posted a couple of weeks ago.
Here is the full song:
The more excerpts and leaked songs that come out on youtube the more excited I get because I know that means the album is coming soon. More great music

Werrason & Wenge Musica Maison Mere - Diego Music
Diego Music is from what I understand is a production company that works with Werrason. This song is a dedication. Fabrice (the one who takes lead on this one) has a style that reminds me very rap or dancehall influenced. I really love it. He's joined by the rest of Maison Mere for one of the lead singles from Techno Malewa Sans Cesse which was released this summer to rave reviews.
The album continues to do well.

Techno Malewa

Werrason and his team of singers release a new album "Sans Cesse" today. I've heard one track from the album so far (thanks to Youngz Baron @ Vibes D'Afrique Forums) entitled "Diego Music"
I look forward to hearing the rest. I really enjoy Werra's new talent who were first introduced on Werrason & Wenge Musica Maison Mere's last album "Mayi Ya Sika/Temps Pressnt", Fabrice, Deplik (who can be called a baby Fally Ipupa) and Cafe Rhum. They have a whole lot of personality. When the songs are good they're great.
I first became familiar with them on this youtube clip:

Sunday Videos...
Last night's episode of Tambour d'Afrique and Part I to the Zaiko Langa Langa Special will be posted later today. Until then enjoy these videos...
Young singers for Werrason's new movement Temps Present aka Mayi Ya Sika, (L to R) Fabrice, Cafe Rhoum & Deplik
I look forward to hearing them on record:
Le Poete Lutumba Simarro celebrated his 71st birthday recently. Last year he threw a big party for his 70th birthday in Kinshasa. Alain Mpela takes Djo Mpoyi's place and sings Lutumba's hit KADIMA. He really does the song justice.
Now watch Djo Mpoyi bless the song live. He left that show with a lot of money lol
His voice is amazing.
