On saturday night after I recorded Tambour d'Afrique I attended my friend's birthday party and spent the day at her house. For that reason I have yet to upload the show from last week and the week before. As you know Tambour d'Afrique just celebrated 1 year on the air. In the meantime I wanted to talk about an artist by the name of Verkys. He went from being Franco's right hand man in his early teens to owning his own Production Studio in his midtwenties and breaking some of Congolese music biggest acts of the 70s like Zaiko Langa Langa.
